Use of the site
Dewey's Pizza keeps this site as a practical guide: what we serve, where to find us, when we are open, and how to ask about food for a group. These legal terms keep that use simple and fair for everyone.
Allowed use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to make legitimate inquiries, such as contacting a restaurant or requesting catering. Read the menu, check locations and hours, and send questions through the contact page.
Fair use
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors' use of it. Do not disrupt forms, overload pages, or try to work around security controls.
Not allowed
Automated scraping, bulk data collection, and attempts to gain unauthorized access are prohibited. If you need location or menu details for a legitimate purpose, contact us and we will point you to the right source.
Information on the site
Menu items, hours, prices, and availability shown on this site are provided for general information and may change. Restaurant hours in particular can vary by location and by week, including around holidays.
Details on this site are not an offer. The information at the restaurant itself is authoritative — the printed menu, the posted hours, and what the team confirms by phone. See our accuracy page for how listings are reviewed.
How we keep this site accurate
Hours posted on deweyzpizza.com are a guide. Holiday weeks and local events can shift opening and closing times.
Requests
Requests and communications
When you submit a form on this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Use your real name, a working email or phone number, and clear details about dates, group size, and pickup needs.
What a request does
- Submitting a catering request does not create a confirmed booking.
- The restaurant confirms availability, timing, and totals separately.
- You are responsible for the contact details you supply — we can only reply where you tell us to.
Ownership and outside links
Two short rules cover content you see here and places you go next. The wording below follows the terms that apply to Dewey's Pizza site content and to third-party websites.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Dewey's Pizza and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law, such as fair use.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites, including mapping and directions services. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Following a third-party link is at your own discretion and subject to that site's terms. Check directions and hours against the restaurant before you travel.
Use it as a guide
Browse the menu and locations pages to plan a visit, then confirm details directly with the restaurant. For large parties, start on the catering page.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of site content. Menus rotate, suppliers change, and hours shift — treat every page as a starting point and confirm time-sensitive details with the restaurant team.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dewey's Pizza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a page error affects your visit or order plans, let us know through the contact page so we can correct the listing.
